Photography has been my hobby for quite some time, however since retirement in 2005 after 32 years of software development in Calgary, I have been able to spend a lot more time at it. My first DSLR was a retirement present and I have been adding to it ever since.

Living in Southern Alberta by a lake gives me plenty of photo opportunities. From my house I can watch the Bald Eagles, Pelicans, Ospreys and other Hawks, Coyotes and Deer. Another favorite subject of mine is horses and pets! One thing I would like to mention is that all of the wildlife, bird and raptor images were taken in the wild!
